First up, books to finish:
Bonhoeffer, by Eric Metaxas. Yes, it was on my Fall into Reading list too. I read a little, then set it down for a while, but I'm determined to finish it up.
The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.
How Good is Good Enough by Andy Stanley.
Next, some Non-Fiction:
Organized Simplicity by Tsh Oxenreider. I was hoping my library was going to get this, but no such luck, so I'll be investing in my own.
The Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother by Amy Chua -- Solely curiosity here, no plans to adopt her methods!
The Happiest Mom by Meagan Francis - Just found her blog and I'm enjoying her writing style and mom insight
The Gift of an Ordinary Day by Katrina Kenison
A smidge of Fiction:
Run by Ann Patchett
Major Pettigrew's Last Stand by Helen Simonson
The Final Summit by Andy Andrews (for booksneeze.com)
Sisterchicks in Wooden Shoes by Robin Jones Gunn (for Waterbrook Multnomah)
Finally:
Whatever is up next for the Bloom Book Club in May and anything else that strikes my fancy.
Can't wait to see what everyone else is up to!!

Okay, we both have to finish Bonhoeffer, okay? :)
ReplyDeleteVisiting from the Spring Reading Challenge Link up Good luck on your challenge. I am looking forward to reading as much as I can!!
ReplyDeleteA nice mix of varieties. Happy spring reading.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your list! I hope you post your thoughts on Major Pettigrew. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteGreat variety! I have the Bonhoeffer book (in audio form) on my iPod but haven't started it yet -- looks good, though. And I like Meagan Francis' blog too...haven't picked up her book yet, but I know I'll eventually read it. Thanks for being part of SRT '11!
